Graduate Accessibility Consultant Job in Dublin
Graduate Accessibility Consultant job in Dublin, working as part of a specialist accessibility team within an award-winning fire consultancy. The role will involve supporting the delivery of Disability Access Certificates, access strategies, and inclusive design solutions across a range of building types. Offering a salary of €32,000 - €38,000, plus hybrid working, private healthcare, 23 days annual leave, and a structured graduate training programme.
This consultancy provides innovative design solutions, compliance services, and strategic advice to clients across the UK, Ireland, and internationally. They work closely with architects, engineers, and design teams to embed accessibility, safety, and inclusivity into projects from concept through to completion. Known for their collaborative approach and technical expertise, they deliver projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, and specialist facilities. The position is based in the Dublin office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with Disability Access Certificate (DAC) applications, access audits, technical design reviews, and BCAR certification processes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to integrate accessibility features across all project stages
- Support the development of inclusive design strategies for a variety of building types
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, including Technical Guidance Document M, and relevant international standards
- Participate in site inspections and contribute to construction phase reviews
- Work closely with fire safety, façade, and assigned certifier teams to ensure coordinated project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a Construction-related discipline
- Interest in accessibility, inclusive design, and building regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Local knowledge of Dublin's construction industry (preferred)
- SafePass (or willingness to obtain)
- No visa sponsorship available.
