Graduate Building Surveyor job opportunity with a multi-disciplinary Construction and Property Consultancy in the East Midlands area. This opportunity offers great career progression and a well rounded role and has just been created as a result of their existing Graduate passing his APC!
We're looking for an enthusiastic and promising Graduate Building Surveyor to join this highly successful firm. They have nearly 100 years industry track record behind them and work with a diverse range of clients. Within the building Consultancy team they offer a full range of Building Surveying services with the balance of work being more focused on project work / contract administration. Projects are very varied indeed crossing both healthcare and education as well as commercial and industrial sectors.
If you are a recently qualified Graduate Building Surveyor looking for an opportunity to progress and for good variety in workload then look no further. The successful candidate will need to be a recent Graduate in Building Surveying with a 2.1 or higher. You will also need to be already based within commuting distance of the role within the East Midlands. An industry experience would be an advantage but isn't a requirement if you have the potential to carve out a great career in Building Surveying. A full driving license is also required. We will not be able to consider applicants not meeting these criteria.
