Company Overview:This is an entry level position with an expanding, up and coming flooring company in the Building and Construction industry. The individual that enters this company will be learning from established names ion the flooring trade! Graduate Quantity Surveyor Position Summary:Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be assisting in the delivery of project costs and ensuring commercial success across a portfolio of Flooring projects. This is a key role offering excellent development opportunities within a supportive and driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the monitoring of project budgets and provide regular financial reporting Conduct feasibility studies and advise on project viability and cost planning Helping develop and implement effective cost control strategies throughout project life cycles Maintain detailed and accurate project financial records Support the commercial team on project requirements Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related Field.
