Graduate Town Planner job in Bristol

I have a Graduate Town Planner job available, with my client who are a top 25 multi-disciplinary property consultancy. This position is based from their head office in Bristol and offers hybrid working and an extensive benefits package.

This multi-disciplinary consultancy is now looking for a Graduate Town Planner to assist the planning team working with public and private sector clients across various sectors such as residential, commercial, education, healthcare, regeneration, energy and retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the senior members of the planning team
  • Preparation of planning appraisals
  • Preparation of planning and listed building applications
  • Preparation of planning appeals
  • Liaise and negotiate with local authorities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Relevant degree
  • A keen interest in Town Planning
  • Excellent communication skills.

What you get back

  • £22,000 - £25,000
  • 25 days holiday (increases with service) + bank holidays
