Salary: £13-14 per hour

We are working on behalf of a large housing association who are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to carry out general maintenance duties.

Daily responsibilities of a Grounds Maintenance Operative are:

  • General maintenance of communal external grassed areas, shrubs, hedges and seasonal bedding
  • General gardening duties (planting, weeding, digging and pruning)
  • Transportation of grounds maintenance equipment
  • Litter and leaves collection
  • Grass cutting
  • Removal of debris waste
Requirements of a Grounds Maintenance Operative are:

  • CSCS Skilled Worker Card
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Manual Handling
  • Full UK Driving Licence
