Groundworker
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Hammersmith and Fulham
Salary: £33,000 per year
We are looking for a Groundworker to join the Property Services team in Hammersmith and Fulham. You will be carrying out a variety of technical service tasks such as communal paving, road working, flagging and fencing within a social housing setting.
Daily responsibilities of a Ground Worker are:
- Fencing
- Slabbing
- Bricklaying
- Paving
- Rendering
Requirements of a Ground Worker are:
- Full UK Driving Licence (minimum of 12 months)
- C.A.T and Genny
- PASMA (desirable)
Benefits for the Ground Worker role:
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
- Company van with accident cover and fuel card (work use only)
- Company uniform
The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
