Groundworker
Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour
A Groundworker is required for a contractor that specialises in delivering planned and responsive maintenance together with refurbishment and the conversion of buildings.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of groundworks including fencing, bricklaying, communal paving, flagging, and drainage within a social housing setting.
- Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- City & Guilds in General Construction Ops OR Groundworker Apprenticeship,
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
