Salary: £19 - £20 per hour
We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations across West London and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all aspects of ground works including fencing, bricklaying, communal paving, flagging, and drainage within a social housing setting.
- Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- City & Guilds in General Construction Ops OR Groundworker Apprenticeship (desirable)
