McGinley are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker with PVM certification to join our team for night shift work on major construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drainage, excavation, reinstatement, and general groundwork. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Duration: Ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
Work safely on night shift projects, ensuring compliance with PVM and site safety standards.
Assist in the installation of underground utilities, including water, gas, and electrical ducts.
Ensure work areas are prepared, materials are moved efficiently, and sites are kept tidy.
Requirements:
PVM certification (Mandatory for night shift work)
CSCS card (Essential)
Experience in drainage, excavation, and groundwork
Full UK driving licence (Essential)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, particularly for night shifts
