Groundworker / Dumper Driver - Solihull

We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker / Dumper Driver to join our team on a construction project in Solihull. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks and be confident operating a forward-tipping dumper.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of groundwork tasks, including drainage, kerbing, and slabbing
  • Operate a forward-tipping dumper safely and efficiently
  • Assist with site preparation, excavation, and reinstatement work
  • Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure projects are completed to a high standard
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper Ticket
  • Experience in general groundworks (e.g., drainage, foundations, kerbing)
  • CSCS Card (preferred but not essential)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
