Daniel Owen North are currently recruiting for a groundworks manager for an upcoming new build project in Wigan. This position will be working alongside a Project & Site Manager, overseeing the general groundworks and civils aspects of the scheme for a duration of at least 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have experience in groundworks (both on the tools & supervisory) and come from a civil engineering background.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drainage and Utilities
  • Oversight of groundworkers
  • Foundations
  • Oversight of the new car park
  • Managing subcontract labour
  • H&S
  • Working alongside the Piling contractor

You must have...

  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
