Location: Thimble Mill Lane, Birmingham
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: 23k - 25k
Responsibilities
As a Gully Operative Driver, you'll be working within the Highways Team, supporting them to provide all types of gully cleaning, cyclic and reactive, attending flooding and including high pressure jetting, carrying out customer complaints and providing a customer / client based reactive response.
Your day to day will include:
- Carry out reactive gully cleaning from enquiries called in from members of public and councillors.
- Take clear precise photographs and records of work carried out and at all times relay the required information from site, to supervisors, managers and other Kier teams
- Assist, as directed by either Kier management or the Police, with Highways Emergencies to ensure the Project Roads are available for the maximum amount of time practicable.
This role of a Gully Operative Driver is great for you if you have:
- A clean HGV driving licence
- Construction Skills Certification Scheme - Skilled Worker or higher
- HGV Licence
