JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handy Person required in Stockport for an immediate start. The Handy Person is responsible for day-to-day maintenance of mutiple buildings around Stockport. This role will be on a contract basis initially but could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
?To carry out planned and reactive maintenance
?Use of company van to travel between buildings
?General plumbing, painting and electrical duties
?Ensure all maintenance work is carried out to a high standard
Requirements for the role
?Good customer service skills
?UK driving license
?Happy to be put through an enhanced DBS
