JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance Assistant required for a maintenance company that specialises in commercial maintenance. Our client is looking for reliable Maintenance Assistant to join the growing team in Altrincham.
This role will be a long term ongoing contract with the view to going permanent. 40 hours a week 8am - 430pm, Monday-Friday. Long term, secure work. Weekly pay.
The ideal candidate will have a trade background.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Basic maintenance repairs
?Assisting skilled tradesmen
?Minor touching up and painting around site
?Checking temperatures
?Undertake general labouring duties as directed by the supervisor
?Minor plastering works
?General maintenance duties around the site
Requirements for the role
?Handyman experience
This role is due to start asap following an interview. This is a temp to perm role.
