Kier Places are recruiting now for a Hard Services Coordinator to join us on our Ministry of Justice contract, reporting to & supporting the Contract Manager, enabling a smooth, efficient & effective service delivery of a Hard Services Facilities Management for the Department for Education's office, Sanctuary Buildings.
Key Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to provide day to day admin support to the contract manager, project manager and engineering team on-site. The ideal candidate will work with our supply chain, client and engineers to deliver a holistic solution for the client. The management of the SLA and KPI's will also be a big part of the role and in collaboration with the contract manager will be to improve on the current statistics.
You will be responsible for managing admin tasks on site to include updating concept, updates, updating PPM paperwork, planning engineer's workload and supporting the use of Concept CAFM.
What do we need from you?
Ideally, you'll have experience within a helpdesk, maintenance, contract support, or customer service environment, and it would be desirable, but not essential, if you have knowledge of Concept software.
The candidate would be expected to work from our office at Sanctuary Buildings, and update both the client and stakeholders within Kier.
