We're excited to let you know that we have partnered with HCUC to support their Talent Academy and help create opportunities and place Protocol candidates into teaching roles at Uxbridge and Harrow College.
Help combat the skills shortage
The UK is suffering from a shortage of skilled tradespeople across a range of industries, and this skill gap only looks to widen across the next decade. We need experienced professionals to pass on their knowledge and inspire the next generation of talent, who are queuing up to learn a trade.
What is the Talent Academy?
With The Talent Academy, in partnership with HCUC and Protocol, you can start your teaching career with HCUC today. They will finance your in-house training, provide you with a mentor to support you through the process and pay you whilst you train! You just need to be committed to obtaining the appropriate qualification within 2 years.
HCUC are looking for both experienced and non-experienced candidates who are either looking to further their career with a great college or to start one making use of their industry experience.
Not a qualified teacher? No problem! HCUC will help you to pass on your industry skills to their students, get trained in-house and carve out a new and rewarding career path!
