Our client is a leading end point assessment organisation and is currently looking to recruit a Head of End Point Assessment to lead on their End Point Assessment (EPA) business, ensuring operational excellence of their EPA delivery across the tools, standardisation, systems (inc IT) policies etc to ensure achievement of income and business growth targets.
The successful candidate will lead the management of their technical expertise, EQA, SAR, and assessment panels alongside governance and stakeholder management. The candidate will also be responsible for the development and review of standards as required (funding bands are under review) and their wider national occupational standards (they are currently reviewing the way these are delivered and this role will be key in this review).

New IT system (testing, roll-out)
New EPA opportunities
Key Stakeholder contact (IfA, ESFA)
Standards development and review
Funding band reviews
Organisation brand (Promotion, website, speaking events, NOS contract management)
