Protocol are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading end point assessment organisation in order to recruit for a Head of Assessment position within Science.

If you are experienced in this business field, have a good understanding of the external market and have previously led a business unit to success we would like to speak further to you.



Role responsibilities
Working with the CEO and FD, you will develop the business strategy for growth, establish best operating practice and use of technology, identify new product and market opportunities and marketing strategies to establish the position of SIAS in the end assessment market place as an expert, trusted partner for the science industry companies and their Apprentices.

Reporting to the Group CEO, this role will give you the opportunity to further develop and grow this new business as the Apprenticeship reforms take shape.



The person & qualifications
Experienced professional with an extensive background within Science
Recent experience within a similar position
Educated to degree level
