Protocol is working with an education provider in West London in the recruitment to the post of Head of HR.
The post holder will provide strategic and operational leadership and be responsible for the flow of information to the Senior Leadership Board and to staff across the organisation. They will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless HR delivery and efficient use of resources.
The person & qualifications
Degree in a relevant subjects or equivalent experience
CIPD
MCIPD status (desirable)
Evidence of continuous personal/professional development and learning
Knowledge of teachers' pay and conditions and Academy freedoms
Knowledge of payroll provision and pension schemes
Proven track record of operational and strategic HR management
Experience of HR in an education setting
