Dove & Hawk have partnered with an Independent Real Estate Consultancy that are based in Prime Central London (Chelsea). They are looking for a highly experienced Team Leader to move into the Head of Property Management role to oversee the team of 3 Property Managers and a high value portfolio of 180 Prime Central London properties. The right person for this role will be confident in implementing processes and fostering excellent relationships with Landlords and Tenants in a Premium Property market.

Duties/Functions of the Role:

  • Overseeing the selection, development, and implementation of all operational policies and procedures within the department.
  • Ensuring that properties are adequately maintained and managed.
  • Ensuring that all tenants receive high levels of customer service.
  • Ensure the preservation and enhancement of asset values.
  • Managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Leading the and managing a team of 3 ensuring harmony among the team and other departments.
  • Developing strong relationships with Landlords in order to improve communication and service levels.


Requirements of the Role:

  • At least 5+ years experience managing Property Portfolios within the London Market.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property management laws and regulations.
  • ARLA Qualification is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, with excellent attention to detail.

Salary Budgets: £45,000pa

Required working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-:5:30pm
