My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to join their established Residential office based in the heart of Wandsworth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and maintain the efficient running of the Wandsworth Residential Sales office. Additionally, you will drive the continued development of the company within the community, lead the generation of new business opportunities for the office, expand the client database, and foster the growth of the sales team in Wandsworth. Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Generate new instructions and manage your portfolio to exceed agreed targets
  • Grow market share and drive the business forward to increase income and profitability
  • Line management of the Wandsworth Sales team, providing leadership and review of performance regularly
  • Develop a presence within the community and oversee local marketing initiatives
  • Adhere to the Residential Sales Standard Operating Procedures and maintain high standards of compliance and record keeping across systems
  • Chair a daily morning meeting to review previous day's activity, identify any new business opportunities and set daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistently high level of service to clients, maintaining reputation for professionalism and integrity
  • Collaborate with other offices and divisions to maximise cross-selling opportunities, cross referrals and joint instructions
  • Attend relevant meetings and training courses
  • Be a positive influence leading the team helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team orientated environment
  • Other reasonable duties that may be required


Requirements of the role:

  • A strong track record of winning new business instructions for a minimum of 2-3 years
  • Proven success leading and growing a sales office
  • London sales experience
  • NAEA Propertymark qualified preferable
  • Leadership qualities
  • Budget management
  • REAPIT or similar
  • Experience with sales legislation
  • Experienced business developer
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Respected reputation and profile in
  • the market
  • A proven track record and broad knowledge
  • of the residential sales London market
  • Attention to detail, whilst keeping big picture
  • goals in mind
  • In depth knowledge of working practices and
  • sales compliance
  • Ability to set and adhere to priorities

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am - 3pm
