Compensation Package: 70k - 90k base + 30% bonus + Car
Precision has been retained by a Global tier 1 Aerospace Manufacturer to appoint a Senior Sales professional with a strong Aerospace background. This is a new role and a very exciting opportunity to establish and grow a UK Sales team for a world-renowned tier aerospace manufacturer.
Job Description
Reporting into the Global Managing Director, this is a great opportunity for a Senior Level Sales professional to manage and further expand the companies largest Global Account and grow a UK Sales Team.

The Candidate
As the successful Head of Sales, you are likely to have significant experience in the following in...

Must have a min of 3 years experience supplying into Rolls Royce with a very good understanding of R-R processes, contract negotiating & culture
Must have experience working for an aerospace manufacturer producing Airfoils, Engine component or Structural
You will have either a strong commercial or technical background with a good understanding of both
