Head of Sales Job in Prime Central London

A Head of Sales job opportunity working for a premium consultancy that covers the full real estate cycle. Our client is looking for someone who has expert knowledge of working in the PCL market and has a proven track record of attaining new business. The role is paying a salary of £40,000 + a Car Allowance up to £6,500 with an OTE of £100,000.

Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it is one of the largest and most established real estate agencies in the UK. They are now looking for someone to join the Central London team as Head of Core Sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients and build a rapport so you can assess their particular needs
  • Register and manage applicants
  • Conduct market appraisals
  • Be a canvass for new business opportunities
  • Liaise with solicitors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the PCL market
  • Strong track record of accomplishment winning new business
  • Managerial experience in Real Estate.

What you get back

  • Salary of £40,000
  • Commission structure
  • Up to £6,500 Car Allowance
  • OTE of £100,000
  • 25 days holiday (Increasing with years of service).
