  • Working as part of the SHEQ Management Team to drive Quality and Environmental compliance and initiatives across the business and to promote Safe Systems of Work through effective communication and core groups.
  • Ongoing monitoring and update of the Corrective Action & Improvement ensuring entries are closed out as per the agreed target dates through ongoing communication with departmental managers.
  • Assisting with the analysis of the SHEQ Management System data and reporting for ongoing improvements.
  • Assisting with Quality and Environmental internal audits and site inspections as per the agreed schedule.
  • Supporting external ISO assessments as per the agreed schedule.
  • Support with management review meetings and action plan.
  • Arrange and monitor waste collection ensuring the required licenses and transfer documentation are on file.
  • Maintain the company's Document and Records Control Procedures ensuring reviews and updates are undertaken as required.
