As a member of Kier Health, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with our regional construction businesses, particularly Kier North + Scotland and Midlands, to identify and secure healthcare pipeline opportunities and build long-term framework client relationships.

Due to a growing pipeline of healthcare opportunities through multiple frameworks, Kier Health seek an experienced healthcare management professional to oversee work winning and support client relationship management. This role sits within Kier Strategic Frameworks and Alliances (KSFA) and is complementary to regional business operations with a focus on national framework leadership. KSFA operates in accordance with Kier Group's flexible and agile working policies

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Health Sector Director, you will be responsible for bringing in depth knowledge to support the regional construction business to prioritise bidding activity through the North Strategic Bidding Hub; develop, implement and report on win plan progress. You will also support the regional businesses to develop effective plans including ownership of agreed strategic relationships with framework/project clients and the supply chain and identify resource needs to develop high-performing regional work-winning and operational delivery teams. Providing advice and supporting business planning regionally will also be a key part of your role as well as supporting the development of identified healthcare teams.
