Heating engineer/plumber required in Nottinghamshire - full use of company vehicle included.
£17 per hour based in Newark
You will have the opportunity to work for a large housing association based in Nottinghamshire initially on a 4 week contract with the chance of long term work if performance in the role is as expected by the client.
You will be part of a responsive repairs team carrying out heating and plumbing work across the housing stock.
You will be working Monday to Friday and you will have full use of a company vehicle.
You will be required to use your own initiative to make sure all jobs are carried out to the highest of standards
You will use a PDA device to monitor and complete jobs.
You will be expected to carry out diagnostics so it is important you have your own calibrated analyser with an in date calibration certificate.
You must be fully qualified heating engineer with a minimum NVQ level 3 with ACS qualifications.
You must be GAS safe registered. You must be willing to undertake wet plumbing jobs and all types of gas work.
An up to date enhanced DBS is also required
