Contract: Permanent, part time (7am to 12pm, Monday to Friday)

Kier Places recruiting now for a Helpdesk Customer Service Advisor to join the Maintenance Helpdesk team, to act as a point of contact for our Facilities Management contracts across the UK, providing operational and subject matter support to Clients & Kier staff, enabling the performance of planned & reactive maintenance across your assigned portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

As a trusted & focused Helpdesk Customer Service Advisor, we will look to you to provide support to your contracts, through scheduling of maintenance activities, liaising with subcontractors, site staff, engineers, client & other Kier staff; maintain & develop relationships whilst providing a high quality, professional service at all times; and assist the Helpdesk Team Leader to ensure the business continuity and disaster recovery plans are developed & maintained.


What do we need from you?

The ideal Helpdesk Advisor will have experience within Facilities Management or a Property/Building Maintenance environment, with experience using CAFM systems (Concept Evo CAFM desirable) and document management systems - experience in the PFI or PP sector is a bonus.

You should have a good track record of meeting contractual requirements, KPI's & service delivery, as well as the ability to manage multiple site contracts with differing requirements.
