Must have previous helpdesk experience

Duties for the Helpdesk Coordinator:

  • To manage incoming reactive maintenance help desk jobs on various contracts:
    • Raising, allocating, reviewing and signing off.
  • Liaising with engineers
  • Input data on to the system
  • Monitor the system and progress both reactive and PPM jobs
  • Ensure KPI's are maintained at 95% or higher
  • Cost jobs on the system
  • Chase subcontractors for completion paperwork and file as directed

Skills needed for the Help Desk Operator:

  • Must have helpdesk experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Confident, calm, logical approach, organised - the working environment can be quite fast paced
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent telephone manner

Hours of work - 08:30 - 17:30 (with an hour for lunch)
