Helpdesk Operative - Immediate Start
Helpdesk Operative Duties:
Receive engineering job requests via phone from other employees or the public
Log, prioritise, and dispatch jobs to appropriate engineering teams
Liaise with field engineers to provide updates and support throughout job
Maintain clear, accurate records in maintenance management system
Provide clear handover reports during shift changes
Helpdesk Operative Requirements:
Experience in a helpdesk, control room, or engineering support environment
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Comfortable working in a high-pressure setting
Proficient using microsoft office
This is an ongoing role following the below shift pattern:
1 week of 4 days
1 week of 3 days & 3 nights
1 week of 4 nights
1 week off
