Helpdesk Team Leader

Location: Trowbridge

Business Area: Kier Places - Facilities Management - Wiltshire County Council

Contract & hours: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We are looking for a Helpdesk Team Leader to join our Facilities Management team based in Trowbridge, where your role will be working effectively with the Helpdesk Administrators to ensure an "end to end" service approach is always adopted. This is a working Team Leader role where you will also be carrying out Helpdesk duties.


Responsibilities

As a Helpdesk Team Leader with Kier, your day to day will include:

  • Logging and allocating of tasks from the client portal, updating tasks and sub-contractor updates, processing client enquiries
  • Run weekly WIP meetings and mitigate contract KPI's
  • Report running statistics for contract manager and liaising with supervisors on operational delivery

Who are we looking for?

The role of Helpdesk Administrator is great for you if:

  • Business & Administration NVQ Level 3
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel & Word proficiently
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems
