Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role you will be the line manager to Design Team Leader and Technical Administration resource, maintain good relations with the Clients , SWDSC community and other authorities, attending meetings as necessary. You will also assist Team Leaders in identifying and applying appropriate methodologies and standards to produce effective and innovative solutions for schemes and studies to current standards. You will also undertake the role of Office Manager for the office that the role is based in.
What are we looking for?
- Strong technical skills and experience of highways improvements, renewals, maintenance and design.
- Experience in developing contract documents in accordance with relevant contracts.
- Good working knowledge of H&S procedures and CDM Regulations.
- Degree/HND in Civil Engineering with appropriate experience to be able to undertake the role.
- Desirable:C Eng/I Eng with appropriate Institution (ICE, CIHT, IHE, RGS, CIWEM)
