Hourly Rate: £12 - £15

Work Times: 08:00-16:30

A skilled Multi Skilled Host is urgently required for a temporary position starting on 15th April 2024 until 24th May 2024. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and workplace excellence.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Host:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Maintaining the tidiness and presentation of the building, ensuring a fresh start every day.
  • Proactively addressing issues and providing innovative solutions for colleagues.
  • Facilitating engagement activities to enhance colleague well being and foster a sense of community.
  • Collaborating with various service partners to ensure efficient resolution of requests.
  • Supporting meetings and events, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Upholding Health & Safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of requests and ensuring timely updates through designated systems.
  • Flexibly delivering front-of-house services across different areas and supporting meetings and events as required.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and colleagues, embodying our core values at all times.

Requirements for the Multi Skilled Host:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive approach to seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible in scheduling and task prioritisation.
  • Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Tenacious in issue resolution, ensuring follow-through to completion.
