Protocol are proud to be working with Education Partnership North East and we are looking to appoint a temporary HR Administrator with excellent attention to detail and customer service ethos, to provide a high-quality administrative service as well as contribute to the continuous improvement of the People and Development team.
The successful candidate will support the HR Business Partner, HR Officer and Team Leader with recruitment and selection and HR operational tasks.
Duties will include working with a HR and payroll information system, spreadsheets, producing reports, minute taking, responding to queries and other similar activities.
You will have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) and a level 3 qualification preferably in HR. Essential to the role is excellent communication, customer service and IT skills, high integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Applicants should also have relevant administration experience in a busy office environment and experience of dealing with complex confidential data.
