No two days will be the same - from guiding managers through complex ER cases to leading transformation projects that redefine how we support and develop our teams.It's varied, it's impactful - and it matters.What you'll do:* Be the trusted coach for all things ER - absence, grievances, performance, disciplinaries, and more.* Drive meaningful change by supporting transformation projects.* Build strong relationships with managers and help them lead with clarity and confidence.* Use people data to spot trends and champion continuous improvement.* Partner on recruitment, onboarding, training design, and culture initiatives.What we're looking for:We're looking for someone who shares our values:* Customer Driven - You put people at the heart of everything you do, ensuring every interaction is positive and every challenge is handled with care and professionalism.*Accountability - You take ownership of your work, from managing ER cases to shaping policies, delivering a reliable and efficient HR service.* Develop & Learn - You're eager to grow your knowledge of HR practices and employment law, embracing every opportunity to improve and contribute to team success.* Champion Communication - You communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and managers, making complex information simple and accessible while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.What you'll bring:* CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (or working towards it).* Strong experience in employee relations.* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.* Ability to analyse data; written and numerical, identify trends and potential solutions.* Influencing skills to encourage others to take your lead.* Collaborative team player who values diversity and is committed to empowering others to achieve their best.* Commitment to Equality and Diversity.
