As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a professional, efficient, and people-focused HR service to our workforce. You will work closely with managers and employees, providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact.Responsibilities Included:
- Managing the Request to Recruit (RTR) process to ensure compliance and timeliness.
- Coordinating recruitment activities, from job specification creation to interview scheduling and candidate screening.
- Overseeing global onboarding materials and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coaching line managers on low-level employee relations cases and supporting with ER meetings.
- Conducting audits and maintaining HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Partner with line managers to drive engagement, retention, and people development strategies.
- Drive HR initiatives, including well being, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement programs.
- Support HR projects such as workforce planning, organisational change, and policy development.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies, keeping up to date with legislative changes.
- Manage HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Attributes:
- CIPD L3 Qualified as a minimum
- Minimum of 3 years within a HR role
- Experienced preferably within a manufacturing or similar industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and solid experience with HR systems such as Workday.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive, solution-focused approach with the confidence to challenge and support stakeholders.
- Experience using HR systems and analysing HR data to inform decision-making.
