Are you looking for a new challenge in a growing and successful business? We are seeking an HR Assistant to join the Central Service Delivery Team to be based at our head office in York. As a HR Assistant you will manage administration of the full employee life cycle including Reward and provide comprehensive, effective and efficient HR support to the business and the HR Team. Day to day, you'll be providing administrative support in the delivery of key HR services, such as recruitment, attendance records and contract amendments. You'll maintain and update accurate information onto the HR system and prepare various documents including offer letters and contracts. Role Details * Annual Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 * Role based: York, YO32 9PT * Contract type: Permanent * Annual leave: 25 plus bank holidays Role Responsibilities * To maintain accurate HR information including the entry and verification of data onto the HR system, ensuring the information is accurate and timely. * To provide administrative support in the delivery of key HR services, such as recruitment, attendance records, terminations and contract amendments by fully understanding the Company policies and procedures. * To prepare various documents, including offer letters and contracts * To support colleagues with HR system queries, password resets and on-boarding in an accurate and timely manner * To be proactive with suggestions for process improvement. Our Ideal Candidate We're looking for a positive team player and effective communicator with strong HR Admin experience, including data input and using HR systems and some experience supporting HR project work. You'll have an excellent eye for detail with the ability work whilst under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be an intermediate user of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook and have a passion for continual professional development.
