Job Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, guiding on policies and processes.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to scheduling interviews.
- Assist in the disciplinary and grievance procedures, preparing documentation and taking minutes.
About You:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion with a professional and approachable attitude.
