We're now recruiting for a HR Business Partner as our trusted partner to work across our entire employee lifecycle covering the London, South and Strategic Projects region.
Key Responsibilities
In this HR Business Partner role, you will work alongside our Senior HR Business Partner within the Construction business to manage and implement a commercially focused people plan across the business area. This role will require close collaboration with the Resourcing team to ensure that there are the skills and talent within the region to deliver the business plan. You will also work closely with a local Senior Management Team to implement a future focused talent strategy.
What are we looking for?
A pragmatic and resilient HR practitioner with proven experience of delivering people initiatives within a complex business environment. You'll have previous exposure within ED & I and a passion for social value engagement in creating work opportunities.
We also require good stakeholder management abilities to influence across all levels and coach managers around performance improvements.
