We have an exciting new opportunity to recruit a HR Change and Communications Manager on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, to lead our change and communications strategy for a new Recruitment/Onboarding system and a Learn, Talent and Perform Management System.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting HR Change and Communications Manager role, you'll work closely with varying stakeholders to develop a clear change and communications plan to support the overall project and drive the implementation programme. This role will involve developing the Communications and Change activities such as impact assessment, risk mitigation plans, stakeholder engagement. Communications and Marketing team You'll co-ordinate with the Group Communications and Marketing team and/or strategic partners to successful and jointly deliver the anticipated business outcome of the project and ensure key milestones are part of the overall Kier Communications plan. You'll also ensure the appropriate training support is provided to navigate users across the new system working closely with Training Manager.

An influential, highly organised leader with a methodical approach and strong attention to detail. You'll be fully adept in organisational change strategies, have a proven track record in delivering change project programmes and demonstrable experience in implementing change and communications strategies within a fast-paced environment. An ability to influence and challenge stakeholders across all levels is key in order to gain commitment on delivery.
