We're looking for a HR Compliance Administrator to join our HR Shared Service Centre reporting into our HR Compliance Manager.

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire with flexible/hybrid working
Contract: Permanent, full-time position. Also, able to consider part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

In this HR Compliance Administrator role, you will have responsibility for processing criminal record checks (Disclosure and Barring Service, Disclosure Scotland), BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard), security checks and right to work renewals for existing employees. This role will involve working closely with our HRSSC (HR Shared Service Centre) teams and wider business, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to provide a range of support, guidance and advice. You'll ensure issues are raised when carrying out various checks and escalated in a timely manner supporting our HR Compliance Manager with internal HR Compliance audits across the HRSSC.

You may be asked to undertake other activities associated within this role, which are not included in the above description but are within your capabilities and the broader remit of the position.

Who are we looking for?

A proactive individual with good attention to detail. We're looking for previous experience of security clearance vetting and criminal record checks, right to work renewals and processes and the UKVI SMS for sponsored migrant workers. Previous knowledge of the legislative and regulatory guidance with industry compliance, particularly within immigration and employment law. Ideally, you'll be CIPD qualified (Level 3 or 5) or actively working towards attaining this professional qualification.
