Salary: Negotiable DOE

Our client are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join their team.

The position entails full responsibility for Human Resource activities across all company locations.

The company specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of a vast range of concrete products.

The business supplies construction projects of varying scale across Ireland and the UK and employ 180 full-time staff across three main divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR services in an effective and efficient manner
  • Act as trusted consultant to both Senior Management and line managers on all employee relations, grievance and disciplinary issues by providing a professional and credible HR service
  • Oversee the effective management and resolution of all employee relations matters in accordance with employment legislation, company policies and best practice
  • Responsibility for the full HR life-cycle support; to include recruitment and employee on- boarding, employee relations and performance management
  • Maintain HR files and records ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice
  • Update and develop human resource policies and procedures in compliance with employment legislation
  • Processing of fortnightly & monthly payrolls

Qualifications/Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • A third level degree in HR or relevant discipline
  • IPASS qualification would be desirable
