We are looking for an experience HR / People Manager who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will provide excellent assistance to employees and managers, be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Collaborating with other managers in the business, to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, liaising with recruitment agencies, and managing the hiring process
- Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Oversee overtime policies and pension administration
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Leading new starter company inductions
- Managing talent pools and succession plans to ensure the company can continue to operate in the future.
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Provide guidance on policies and procedures
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Handling employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare
- Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring
- Providing detailed HR reports to senior management teams
- Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way

And you will have the following experience:
- At least 5 years' experience working in HR
- Demonstrable and proven experience as a HR Administrator/Manager
- Demonstrable and proven experience of prioritising tasks to meet the changing needs of the business
- Evidence of where you've made process improvements within an office environment
- Evidence of how you liaise and communicate with a wide range of people at all levels and with a high level of diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism
- Engaging others within a company to ensure that "things get done" - getting the job done and seeing it through to the end
- Advanced IT and keyboard skills and knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and effective use of the internet
- You'll understand the challenges of working in a small but rapidly growing company environment
