Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a HR Programme Lead who will be a high potential senior HR professional with proven experience delivering diverse and complex HR projects in a shared service environment and operationally. In this role you will be responsible for leading the HR Project Management Office (PMO) within the HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC). This will involve delivering a portfolio of HR projects, overseeing the effective delivery of business-critical change activity arising as a result of continuous improvement and organisational change. This role is a key member of the HRSSC senior management team and will ensure the team deliver a customer focussed, quality and efficient service to all stakeholders. Developing a collaborative culture is key, driving cross sharing of expertise to broaden individual capability, reduced reliance on individuals and promoting succession planning across the service.
What do we need from you?
You will need experience working within complex, diverse medium/large organisation(s) with awareness of future-focused HR Shared Service models and ways of working. Experience of driving continuous improvement in a complex environment and of Process Improvement within an HR Shared Service environment or similar, utilising technology to drive efficiency and standardisation is an essential requirement as well as the ability of bringing stakeholders together to form an effective team focussed on programme delivery and credible with senior stakeholders. In addition you must have good knowledge of HR Technology and its application within a high performing HR environment and proven record of communicating and influencing across a range of audiences internally and externally. If you have this as well as a Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2 / MSP/ APM PMQ or equivalent) then it would be great to hear from you!
