Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Contract: Fixed term contract - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
As an HR Project Administrator you will support the Programme Manager in all administration functions and processes to implement a new Recruitment/Onboarding System and a Learn, Talent and Perform Management System.
Your day to day will include:
- Documenting the fundamental components of the project, keeping information storage locations up to date.
- Tracking and escalating issues and risks
- Maintaining schedules for the project activities, meeting deadlines and prioritising workload
- Supporting with creating presentation packs, training materials and process documentation as required
This role of HR Project Administrator is great for you if:
- You have experience supporting fast paced project teams
- You have an understanding of an HR environment and are able to plan and organise complex tasks
- You are an experienced user of MS Office applications
