We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Shared Service Team Manager - Reward and Benefits to join our growing team. In this role you will manage and oversee the Reward and Benefit day-to-day activities within the Reward and Benefits team, ensuring all cyclical projects activities are delivered accurately and on time.

Location: Flexible with hybrid travel 1 day a week to Rushden, Northamptonshire
Business Unit: Kier Group Services
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent and able to consider part-time opportunities

Key Responsibilities

In this Shared Service Manager role, you will be responsible for the management of our Reward and Benefit administration team, working closely with the Senior Administrator to undertake regular performance reviews and review team performance on a monthly basis. You'll maintain a laser focus on KPI targets ensuring SLA timescales are achieved to drive output accuracy and continuous improvement, as well as training new/existing team members. You'll develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and analyse work volumes and trends to ensure effective resources are in place to meet current and future service levels, which align to our overall HR Shared Service strategy.

Who we are looking for?

Ideally, you'll be CIPD or CIPP qualified, or with a proven track record of delivering positive results within a Shared Service Team environment. The successful candidate will also have good knowledge of Reward legislation, practices and procedures with previous experience of managing and delivering multiple Reward and Benefit projects. You'll be focused on people management, good attention to detail and able to communicate across all levels in a fast-paced changing environment. Previous HR Shared Services is desirable, but we will also consider applicants who may have had experience in other HR Shared Service teams, who are looking to broaden their experience.
