We have an exciting new opportunity to recruit a HR Systems Implementation Lead to lead and implement a new Recruitment/Onboarding System and a Learn, Talent and Perform Management System.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting HR Systems Implementation Lead role, you'll devise a clear project plan working with key stakeholders to identify areas of responsibility and develop clear milestones across the project lifecycle. You'll work collaboratively with our HR teams, wider business functions and strategic partners to successfully deliver the outcomes of the project and consistently review at all stages to ensure clear alignment with all parties. The role will require the design of workstream governance, risk management and proactive change management through the project lifecycle to ensure changes are defined and understood. You'll play an integral role in the transition of system implementation across the wider business, Group Functions and HR Shared Services. You will support the HR Systems Training team to identify training requirements and Group Communications and Marketing team to develop a clear communications strategy to all users.
What are we looking for from you?
A highly organised, proactive, and influential individual with previous experience as a HR System Implementation Lead . You'll have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and achieving the end goals within a tight timeline and to budget working closely with IT. A solid understanding of HR systems, in particular Recruitment/Onboarding system and or Learn, Talent & Perform systems, is essential. We're also looking for someone with an ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders through positive engagement and manage conflicting project demands to achieve overall project success.
