We're currently recruiting for an HR Team Manager to have management responsibility of our Core Administration, HR Advisory and Transitions (TUPE) teams across our HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC).

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee our Employee Lifecycle teams to deliver a first-class service, driving a right-first time culture to meet SLA and KPI measures. The role will involve reviewing our existing ways of working to drive process improvements, exploring opportunities to drive efficiencies, simplification and automation.You will also support the development and progression of our people ensuring succession plans are in place to aid 1:2:1 conversations, and interim and end of year performance reviews. You will also support the Senior Management Team in embedding our Diversity and Inclusion action plan. Key collaboration with the wider HRSSC teams will be essential as you will play an active role in supporting and leading projects that impact the employment lifecycle processes. The post holder will also develop effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure we provide an exceptional service to our internal and external customers.

What do we need from you?

An enthusiastic, proactive and confident self-starter with high attention to detail and effective interpersonal/communication skills. You'll have previous experience of working within a HR Shared Service Centre environment or similar high-volume setting and ideally be CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5). You will also have a very good understanding of employment law legislation and able to demonstrate an ability to deliver results where objectives and priorities frequently change. Building positive relationships with stakeholders across all levels is paramount in this role and high proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel and experience of working with HR systems is essential.
