The Role We are planning to integrate a new HR and Payroll system and we are looking for an experienced and organised HRIS Systems Coordinator to support the successful and effective integration of a new HR and Payroll System; Access – people soft. The role of the HRIS Systems Co-ordinator is a one - year fixed term role. Principle accountabilities of the HRIS Systems Coordinator role include: Coordinate and carry out administration duties for the assigned project to ensure smooth running of the project, working closely with internal teams. Support the HR, payroll and IT team with the data cleanse of the information held on the existing HR and payroll system. Support project team with project planning, coordinating specific tasks and targets to meet project objectives and deadlines. Plan and attend weekly Project Meetings and monthly Project Board Meetings, ensuring a clear record of each meeting is recorded and distributed accordingly. Regularly update the Project Sponsor and Project Consultant on progress and outstanding actions or missed deadlines. Experience, Qualifications and Skills Experience Previous experience of a Project or Systems Coordinator role. Working knowledge of Access HRIS would be advantageous. Experience of supporting the integration of a new system is desirable. Qualifications and Training GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent) or above A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) is desirable. Skills and Aptitude Strong communication and listening skills Ability to prioritise effectively and organise own workload, using own initiative where appropriate and working to deadlines Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands Excellent attention to detail Discretion in the handling of sensitive personal data ensuring that information is handled appropriately. Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and outlook) and the ability to adapt to new systems.
