A well established HVAC and M&E building services company has a key requirement for an experienced Project Manager to run and oversee and control commercial HVAC projects ranging from £20k - £2m in value. Projects are in London and home counties paid up to 55k basic + package dependant on experience

The successful HVAC project Manager will:

  • HVAC Project Manager will be quoting on remedial works and replacements of faulty HVAC systems
  • HVAC Project Manager will be overseeing delivery of projects to ensure quality and client satisfaction
  • HVAC Project Manager will be scheduling in works to be completed, liaising with the Client, and allocating labour to complete the works, with control of the Project from commencement to completion
  • HVAC Project Manager will create and issue any required H&S documentation from inception to completion on projects
  • HVAC Project Manager will monitor projects P+L ensuring all materials and labour are inline or ahead of expected margins
  • HVAC Project Manager will be covering Projects in London and surrounding areas
  • HVAC Project Manager will be paid up to £55K basic+ package
To qualify as the successful M&E/ HVAC Project Manager

  • HVAC Project Manager will be experienced in quoting and managing installations and remedial works on HVAC and associated plant and equipment
  • HVAC Project Manager will have a qualification within a least one HVAC discipline
  • HVAC Project Manager with IOSH and auto cad would be an advantage
  • HVAC Project Manager will be a commutable distance of Dartford however
  • HVAC Project Manager will be a strong presence on site
