Dove & Hawk are excited to be partnered with London's leading co-living operator, and we're looking for a Lettings Executive to join their high-performing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company that's shaping the future of shared accommodation for professionals across London.

What's on offer

  • Competitive Salary & Uncapped Commission: Basic £25,000 Basic / OTE: £50K - £55K in your first year.
  • Car Allowance: Additional £3K car allowance provided per annum.
  • Hybrid Role: Only 1-day in the office - a mix of office-based work, working from home, and fieldwork across Southwest London.

  • Work-Life Balance: This a hybrid role with only 1-day in the office per week. There is also flexibility for later starts and time off in lieu during the week to compensate for evening and Saturday work.
  • Laptop Provided: This will be given to you for work use only, to use when you're working remotely

Requirements

  • 18-months of experience and a proven track record of success within London's lettings market. Preferably in co-living, or high-volume lets.
  • The ability to work alone, as well as part of a team. As they offer a hybrid model, you need to self-motivated.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills. You need to have the ability to set up your own listings if needed.
  • To be able to handle the full offer process, from negotiation through to key handover.
  • Committed to surpassing client expectations.
  • Access to a Car: A full driving license and access to a car is essential as you will be covering Southwest London.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays (flexible time off in lieu is offered).
